For me, yoga is a reflection of how I feel about myself, it helps me see the effects of everything that I do and how I interact with what is happening around me. Yoga makes me feel good and it shows me what isn’t working for me. It’s energising, it’s relaxing, it’s strengthening and I feel better at the end of my practice than before I started. My classes combine these qualities with the breathing, which is what animates the poses whether it’s a dynamic or a gentle flow or a restorative practice. You will feel that you’ve worked but you will feel relaxed, every time I get onto my mat it’s an opportunity to move into stillness.
Taster sessions are available for all beginner classes and anyone is welcome. No cost, no obligation and no booking necessary.
All equipment is provided for taster sessions and I suggest wearing something comfortable like leggings or joggers and a top.
Just come along to the most convenient beginner class for you. Arriving 10 - 15 minutes before the start.
Not a beginner come along to an Intermediate class for your taster session.

After your taster session booking online is available for all classes. This is not compulsory but it does secure your place. You can cancel a booking by sending me a message.

My beginner level classes are slower paced introducing you to the foundation yoga poses, their alignment and to the breath work. Essential for safely and properly learning the basics. As we move through the theme for the class the focus will be on explaining each pose through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.
My intermediate classes are the full expression of Vinyasa flow yoga. This is a creative form of yoga where the poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence, so although you may hold poses for more than a few breaths, you’ll move from one pose to the next using the inhalation and exhalation….it’s like a movement meditation.
My Restorative Yoga classes give you the time to enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that take place as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity.
