Everyone is curious about yoga at the moment. It's been around for over 5000 years and although it's evolved in many ways to better suit our lives today so much has remained the same. There are many different styles of yoga but all of them are a combination of breath and movement that with regular practice begin to heal each of the systems of the body. Anyone can do it male, female, old or young and if you can master leaving your ego behind and let your improvement naturally evolve then over time you will start to experience the clearing and slowing down of all the unnecessary thoughts in your heads as well. That is why I think of my personal practice and what I teach as heart and soul yoga.
